The People's Committees of relevant wards and communes direct functional forces to strengthen propaganda, remind and guide people on the media, promptly detect phenomena of disorder and insecurity, offensive behavior, coordinate with forces on duty to ensure security to resolutely handle; organize timely collection and transportation of waste, ensure environmental sanitation and urban beauty.
