Ensuring smooth and effective provision of online administrative procedures and public services

VHO - In order to improve the quality of service for people and businesses, the People's Committee of Da Nang City requires agencies, units and localities to synchronously deploy solutions to ensure the provision of administrative procedures and online public services smoothly, effectively and without interruption.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued an official dispatch requesting units and localities to ensure the smooth and effective provision of administrative procedures and online public services.

Accordingly, agencies and units must seriously and fully implement the daily reporting regime on the Central Resolution 57 Monitoring System.

The report needs to honestly reflect the actual situation at the commune level, focusing on service quality, online filing rate, people's satisfaction level and actual operational efficiency at the Public Administration Service Center, instead of just stopping at completing tasks "on paper".

Leaders of units and localities are responsible for explaining the tasks that are behind schedule; at the same time, they must complete and provide full images of the current status and activities of the Public Administration Service Center as required.

In addition, urgently establish a Technology and Professional Response Team to support the settlement of administrative procedures, to be completed before July 25.

The City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Science and Technology to continue monitoring and implementing tasks according to Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW. In particular, it is required to specify the goals and results to be achieved for each task to monitor and synthesize daily on the Information System for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW. At the same time, the Department needs to closely monitor the reporting progress of units and localities, proactively access information, and closely coordinate with the City Party Committee Office to promptly report to competent authorities when necessary.

This move demonstrates Da Nang city's determination to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform, taking people's satisfaction as a measure of public service quality.
