Arrest of suspect for lending money to appropriate red book

With the above trick, Thuy and Khai appropriated red books of many people in Tran De district, then transferred them to others to appropriate billions of dong.

Defendant Lam Minh Khai was prosecuted and temporarily detained by the police.

Through many sources of crime reporting, the Investigation Police Agency of Soc Trang Province began an investigation, then initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Thuy and Khai.

The Investigation Police Agency of Soc Trang Province informs the people about the tricks and fraudulent acts of appropriating property of Thuy and Khai. At the same time, it requests that anyone who is a victim of Thuy and Khai should report to the Soc Trang Province Police.
