The conference aims to evaluate the results of leadership in implementing tasks in the third quarter, propose solutions for the fourth quarter; and deploy the development of work programs for the entire term (expected 5 programs).

Reporting at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai Ward Party Committee Nguyen Cong Hiep said that with the participation of the entire political system, promoting the sense of responsibility of each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and worker, the implementation of the 2-level local government model of the ward initially met the required progress and quality; effectively serving cadres, party members, and people in the area.

On July 29 and 30, 2025, Hoang Mai Ward Party Committee successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030; passed the Resolution, agreed on 5 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs.

Total budget revenue in the ward in July and August 2025 reached 25,719 million VND/36,159 million VND, reaching 71.11% of the plan. The capital investment expenditure for basic construction extended in 2024 has disbursed 18,638 million VND, reaching 74.25%. Social security work is carried out promptly and securely, especially activities to care for people and social policy beneficiaries. Urban order work is maintained, the ward strictly handles cases of illegal construction, construction on public land and agricultural land.

The ward has directed units to actively implement the 2025 Public Investment Plan, speed up the implementation progress, and disburse public investment capital in 2025. In 2025, the ward will implement 81 projects with an assigned capital of VND 874,347 million, of which: 37 projects have completed settlement; 20 projects are under construction; 24 projects are preparing for investment.

In the last 3 months of 2025, Hoang Mai ward will synchronously deploy solutions to manage and exploit financial resources from public assets and public land; strengthen solutions to exploit revenue sources from land taxes; speed up the progress of land use rights auctions; focus on striving to exceed budget revenue targets; strive to disburse 100% of the capital plan assigned in 2025.

Along with that, the ward rectifies discipline, construction order and improves the quality of urban management; strengthens inspection and supervision of the management and use of apartment buildings and promptly resolves pressing public issues in apartment buildings in the area.

In particular, the ward has strengthened the handling of violations of urban order; built the Eastern route and 2.5-meter road to ensure urban aesthetics; reviewed the current status of public land and agricultural land; strengthened local inspections, promptly detected, prevented, and handled violations of land and construction order.

The ward strives to issue 5-10 land use right certificates each month; periodically guide 10-15 citizens every week to supplement and complete the application for land use right certificates; strengthen inspection of operating facilities causing pollution and not in accordance with planning to propose relocation...
