Closing ceremony of vocational training class for prisoners, phase II/2025

On the morning of September 26, Quang Ninh Provincial Police Detention Center held a closing ceremony for the second vocational training class for prisoners in 2025.

In recent times, in addition to supporting prisoners in their efforts to reform well, in order to create conditions for prisoners to have more job opportunities, confidently reintegrate into the community and rise up after their mistakes, closely following the instructions of the Ministry of Public Security , the Party Committee, the Provincial Police Department, the Provincial Police Detention Center has proactively coordinated with schools and vocational training facilities in the area to open many vocational training classes for hundreds of prisoners. Many prisoners who have returned to their residential areas after serving their sentences have had stable jobs and become useful people for society.

At the closing ceremony, the Provincial Police Detention Center and the Vietnam-Korea College awarded vocational certificates to 20 inmates who successfully completed the culinary training course. It is known that in the first batch of vocational certificates awarded in 2025, 19 inmates of the Provincial Police Detention Center were awarded certificates.
