In his closing speech at the conference, Associate Professor, Doctor, Writer Nguyen The Ky, former member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, affirmed that the training topics as well as the discussion opinions focused on core issues such as institutional innovation, development models, leadership methods, cultural management, as well as in-depth analysis of areas such as the image of Ho Chi Minh in Vietnamese literature, fine arts, theater, and cinema after 40 years of renovation. The achievements are proof of the inheritance of tradition along with innovation. At the same time, it also shows the challenges of the market economy , globalization and the fourth industrial revolution.

The Organizing Committee acknowledged and commended the serious learning spirit and quality of the papers from the groups and individuals of students. The efforts of the reporters, researchers, and delegates contributed significantly to the overall success of the conference, creating momentum for the development of culture and arts in the new period.
At the end of the training, the Central Theoretical Council awarded certificates of completion of the training with the topic "Content and methods of leadership and management of culture and arts over 40 years of innovation: Situation, lessons and development orientation" to 168 trainees.
Trainees participating in the training include leaders of the propaganda and mass mobilization departments of provinces and cities; cadres working in directing, managing, and advising on culture and arts; leaders of literary and art associations... in the Southern region.
The An Giang delegation, led by Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Hong Loan, actively participated and made many outstanding contributions at the conference.
