According to the reporter's investigation, the residential area project of Hiep Son Industrial Cluster, Hiep Son Ward, Kinh Mon Town is invested by Thai Ha Transport Trading Joint Stock Company. The occupancy rate of the residential area is currently only about 75% and has not been fully accepted, and has not been invested in a separate wastewater collection and treatment system according to regulations. Therefore, the residential area of Hiep Son Industrial Cluster has not been handed over to local management.
