The training course was organized to update and supplement knowledge on digital transformation, basic digital skills; guide the exploitation and use of digital signatures on electronic documents, the function of assigning tasks and managing documents on the document management and administration system of the Ministry of National Defense . This is a practical activity, contributing to improving the level and capacity of applying information technology, meeting the requirements of administrative reform, building "digital agencies, digital units, digital soldiers" in the Corps.

In his opening speech, Colonel Nguyen Manh Cuong, Chief of Office of the 15th Army Corps, emphasized: Digital transformation is an inevitable trend and an important driving force for innovation in leadership, command, management, and operation methods. Organizing this training course is of great significance, helping officers and employees improve their awareness and skills, serving as a basis for advising on the implementation of digital transformation work at agencies and units effectively and practically. He requested the teaching staff to closely follow the program, linking theory with practice; students to promote a sense of responsibility, actively research, practice, and exchange, ensuring "easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to do, easy to apply".

During 2 days (September 25 and 26), the training course researched 6 key topics, focusing on: Propaganda of the "Digital Education for the People" movement; concepts and applications of digital transformation in the Army Corps; ensuring information security, network security and personal data; instructing and practicing the functions of digital signature, delivery and management of electronic documents on the military data transmission network. At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee will check and evaluate the learning outcomes of each trainee.

Immediately after the training course, Corps 15 continued to deploy to all affiliated agencies and units to promote the application of information technology, improve the effectiveness of command and management work, contributing to building a regular, elite, modern Corps, successfully completing all assigned tasks.
