Accordingly, the peak emulation period to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 with the theme "Raising the August red flag - Emulating to win the 3 best" will start from July 10 to the end of October 2025, including contents and targets such as: Highest will, awareness, responsibility; performing political tasks with the highest results; building discipline, complying with the law, strictest discipline, reforming military administration, breaking through innovation, creativity, digital transformation and implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement with the highest results.

The emulation campaign to welcome the 17th Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with the theme "Solidarity, coordination - Making achievements for the Party" started from July 10 to August 10, 2025 with the content: Exemplary in building the highest determination and sense of responsibility for officers and soldiers; exemplary in performing assigned tasks; good solidarity, strict discipline, absolute unit safety and good organization of activities.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Trung Dac, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of the Provincial Military Command acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, efforts and solidarity of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces in implementing the emulation movement in the first 6 months of 2025.

Colonel Nguyen Trung Dac, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, requested officers and soldiers to deeply understand the special significance of the emulation movement; agencies and units need to maintain a tight emulation movement, deploy a comprehensive emulation movement in all aspects of work. At the same time, he affirmed that the success of the emulation movement has a decisive significance in completing the tasks of the Dien Bien Provincial Armed Forces in 2025.
