At the conference, the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province promoted the traditional friendship, comprehensive, loyal and pure cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba; the great achievements that the Cuban people have achieved in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, as well as the special affection, support and assistance that the Cuban people have given to the Vietnamese people in the resistance wars to defend the Fatherland.

At the conference, on behalf of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province, Colonel Nguyen Minh Khoi launched and requested each officer and soldier to participate in responding and supporting the Cuban people with a spirit of volunteerism, responsibility and according to each individual's conditions.
