The Ministry of Industry and Trade approved the Project to summarize the implementation of Decision 2114/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

The Minister of Industry and Trade signed Decision 2960/QD-BCT on November 6 approving the Project to summarize the implementation of Decision 2114/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

The Decision signed by Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien clearly states that, together with this Decision, the Project to Summarize the Implementation of Decision 2114/QD-TTg dated December 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan to Implement Conclusion No. 19-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Project to Orient the Law-making Program for the 15th National Assembly term. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Regarding implementation, the Minister of Industry and Trade assigned the Legal Department to: Take the lead and coordinate with relevant units to deploy the contents of this Project. Monitor and urge the implementation of the Project's contents. In case of difficulties or problems in the implementation of the Project related to funding or resources for implementation or other arising issues, the Legal Department shall take the lead and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Finance, the Ministry's Office and relevant units to promptly report to the Minister for consideration and direction. Report to the Ministry for approval or submit to the Ministry to report to competent authorities the results of the Project when requested.

In addition, the Departments, Bureaus, General Departments and units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, including the Department of Planning and Finance: Synthesize the estimates in the Appendix attached to this Project into the annual state budget expenditure estimates of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and submit them to competent authorities for approval.

Units that have presided over the development or proposed the development of Laws, Ordinances, and Resolutions of the National Assembly for the 2021-2025 period: Proactively review and prepare contents related to their functions and tasks in Section III.1 and Section III.2 to coordinate with the Legal Department when requested; proactively propose or self-arrange funding according to the state budget decentralization to implement Section III.3 within the scope of their functions and tasks.

Other units: Proactively review and provide comments on the contents in Section III according to their functions and tasks, send them to the Legal Department and relevant units.
