Da Nang Border Guards give 100 life jackets to support Tam Xuan commune in responding to natural disasters

DNO - On the afternoon of October 22, at the hall of Tam Xuan Commune People's Committee, the Da Nang City Border Guard Command presented 100 life jackets for rescue and disaster prevention to the locality.

Lieutenant Colonel Thai Nguyen Van Ha, Deputy Chief of Staff of the City Border Guard, said that Da Nang is often affected by storms, floods and tropical depressions, so it needs to be more proactive in responding to protect people's lives and property.

The life jacket donation activity aims to provide practical support to the local authorities and forces of Tam Xuan commune in rescue work.

At the same time, it contributes to strengthening military-civilian solidarity, raising awareness and proactive spirit of disaster prevention and control in the community.
