Speaking at the closing ceremony, Colonel Doan Dinh Tranh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province, emphasized that, in response to the requirements of the task of managing and protecting sovereignty and border security in the new situation, each officer needs to flexibly apply the knowledge they have learned into practical work; grasp the thoughts, aspirations, customs and practices of ethnic minorities to do a good job of mobilizing the masses, contributing to building a strong all-people Border Guard.
