Ministry of Health requires ensuring food safety for high school graduation exams

Accordingly, to ensure the health of candidates and their families, exam supervisors and exam organizers, ensure food safety, environmental sanitation and disease prevention at exam venues, the Ministry of Health requests the Department of Health of provinces, cities and hospitals to ensure medical work serving the high school exam and university and vocational education admissions in 2024.

The Ministry of Health requested the Department of Health to develop a specific plan for medical work serving the exam, ensuring medical emergency, disaster emergency, ensuring environmental sanitation, preventing summer epidemics, and ensuring food safety.

Units and establishments shall proactively implement epidemic prevention measures during the organization of the high school graduation exam and university and vocational education entrance exam in 2024 in the exam area and in the province and city; establish mobile anti-epidemic teams and be ready to deploy response measures when an epidemic occurs.

The Ministry of Health requires hospitals to prepare 5-10 beds and ensure that essential medicines and equipment are ready to receive and treat patients. In addition, units coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to inspect and supervise the preparation and implementation of medical facilities participating in medical assurance work for the exam.
