Fostering knowledge in the fields of culture, sports and tourism

During 3 days from September 17-19, in Bai Chay ward, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh organized a training course to improve knowledge in the field of culture, sports and tourism in 2025 for leaders of communes and wards; leaders and experts of the Department of Culture - Society of 25 communes and wards in the province.

Attending the training course, trainees were updated with knowledge of the 2017 Tourism Law in the fields of accommodation management, services, management of tourist attractions and tourist areas; investigation of tourism resources in 2025; in-depth training in grassroots sports management and organization of the 10th Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Congress in 2025 - 2026; guidance, deployment and enforcement of the contents of legal documents of the Central and the province on the fields of culture and family after implementing the two-level government.

The training course was organized to promptly guide and resolve difficulties and problems arising in the process of performing tasks; ensure stable, effective and unified operations of two-level government; foster and improve management capacity, promote the proactive and active role of state management agencies in localities; build a core team of cadres to serve the organization of cultural, sports and tourism activities at the grassroots level.

After this training course, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism plans to organize another training course in Van Don special economic zone from September 29 to October 1, 2025.
