At the training conference, members, staff, and support staff of Steering Committee 35 at all levels were briefed on the following topics by Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor, People's Teacher Nguyen Ba Duong, Member of the Central Theoretical Council, former Director of the Military Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ministry of National Defense) and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Toan, Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police: Identifying, detecting, preventing, and refuting fake news, toxic information, and wrong and hostile views in cyberspace. Prohibited acts in cyberspace; protecting personal information and personal data in cyberspace in conjunction with the implementation of Regulation No. 85-QD/TW, dated October 7, 2022 of the Central Party Secretariat on cadres and party members establishing and using personal electronic information pages on the Internet and social networks.
