From Le Van Sy bridge, turn left to Hoang Sa (District 3, HCMC), the aroma of shrimp paste spreads everywhere, leading diners to the crowded beef noodle shop.

Bun bo bo Hoang Sa is basically the same as most other bun bo shops in Saigon. When coming to the shop, almost everyone immediately orders a 'full' bowl of bun bo. Such a bowl includes crab cakes, pork rolls, brisket, tendons, beef balls, pork leg, and no toppings are missing.

Ms. Huyen Chi (District 8) shared: "This was my favorite restaurant when I was a student. The broth here is very rich, the meat is tender and especially the crispy pork fat pieces, giving an interesting feeling when eating. It is really worth trying!"

Despite the crowds, the staff still greeted the diners warmly. They were always busy meeting the needs of customers, both for dine-in and take-out.

The online community has been praising this noodle shop for the warm and attentive attitude of its staff, making every diner feel welcome.

"The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive to customers. For example, I didn't know there was pork fat, so my tablemate asked for it. The staff saw that and brought it to me. I'm so happy!"

"The restaurant is very fast, it takes 1-2 minutes to order even though it's very crowded", some "winged" comments on Google Maps.

On Foody, Ngan Cao said: "I have eaten at many beef noodle shops in Saigon but I still like the taste here the most."

Sang Le praised it as wonderful and shared: "The noodles are delicious, especially the spring rolls are much better than many other places I've eaten. The space is quite airy, motorbikes can easily park in. The staff is extremely cute, just visit once and you'll be satisfied right away!".

It's not hard to find a delicious beef noodle shop in Saigon, but to make it special like here requires sophistication in every step of preparation.
