Ca Mau Department of Justice promotes Law Day propaganda through visual forms on the streets.
With the theme "Building a culture of law compliance in the whole society, raising awareness of respect for the Constitution and the law among all people and organizations", activities will take place regularly throughout the year, focusing on the peak from October 10 to November 9, 2025, to spread the spirit of respect for the law, contributing to building a disciplined, safe and healthy society.
The plan affirms the role and position of the Constitution and laws in social management, protecting human rights and civil rights; aiming to build the habit of voluntarily learning and complying with the law among cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and the people. At the same time, it promotes the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels in the work of disseminating and educating the law (PBGDPL), considering this a regular political task, associated with building, enforcing and protecting the law, strengthening the people's trust in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The key contents focus on raising awareness and compliance with the law; disseminating important resolutions of the Politburo such as Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW (April 30, 2025) on innovation in law-making and enforcement, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW (May 4, 2025) on private economic development, streamlining the apparatus. At the same time, disseminate the contents of amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution; newly issued laws and ordinances; legal documents directly related to the rights and legitimate interests of people and businesses; laws on preventing and combating corruption, negativity, land, environment, food safety, traffic safety, administrative reform, digital transformation, startups...
The plan also emphasizes the task of combating and refuting wrong views that distort the purpose and meaning of Law Day and draft laws; at the same time, praising and honoring collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building, implementing and protecting the law.
Activities in response to Law Day in Ca Mau are organized in many diverse and practical forms.
Departments, branches and localities will choose appropriate forms of response. Notably, the provincial-level rally during the peak week (November 1-9, 2025) chaired by the Department of Justice; Online contest to learn about the Penal Code on the website https://timhieuphapluat.camau.gov.vn, launched on November 9, 2025. In addition, there are activities to compile and publish legal documents (leaflets, handbooks, specialized documents) in printed and electronic forms; visual propaganda (banners, billboards, posters) at agencies, schools, businesses, and public places from November 1-11, 2025; promote communication on Ca Mau Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Legal Education Information Page, Provincial Electronic Information Portal and social networks through columns, reports, discussions, and online exchanges.
The Department of Justice - Standing Agency of the Coordination Council for Legal Dissemination of Ca Mau Province is assigned to advise the Provincial People's Committee on implementing provincial-level activities; guiding and inspecting the implementation of departments, branches and localities; organizing online competitions; developing propaganda materials; synthesizing and reporting results to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Justice. The organization's budget is allocated from the 2025 Legal Dissemination expenditure source and other legal sources.
Mr. Vu Nghi Binh - Director of the Department of Justice of Ca Mau, emphasized: "Law Day is not only an annual political and legal event, but also needs to become a regular activity of each agency, unit and citizen. Through diverse and practical activities, Ca Mau aims to build a legal culture in the whole society, create consensus, and strengthen people's trust in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state".
