Member companies of ACV and Sun PhuQuoc Airways signed a service provision contract.

On the afternoon of September 8, Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (SAGS) officially signed a ground service provision contract with Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

The signing ceremony took place within the framework of cooperation between member units of Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) and Sun Group .

The event took place with the presence of Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong - Deputy General Director of ACV, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAGS; Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan - General Director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways and leaders of member companies in the ACV ecosystem.

Previously, in June 2025, ACV and Sun Group signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in many fields towards developing a high-class aviation - tourism ecosystem in Vietnam. In particular, ACV affirmed its key role in providing ground services at airports in Vietnam.

On the basis of this strategic cooperation, member units in the ACV ground service ecosystem including Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (SAGS), Hanoi Ground Services Joint Stock Company (HGS), Saigon Cargo Services Joint Stock Company (SCSC) and Vietnam Air Cargo Services Joint Stock Company (ACSV) have successfully negotiated and signed a ground service contract with Sun PhuQuoc Airways based on the criteria of establishing professional, safe and effective service standards.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan - General Director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways - said that the airline is committed to providing seamless services and experiences to customers. To achieve this goal, Sun PhuQuoc Airways needs the support of the partners who signed the cooperation agreement today.

According to Mr. Quan, signing a contract is essentially a commitment to jointly build a product or service that brings a complete service experience to customers.

Therefore, the parties are jointly committed to providing a seamless quality service experience for customers before, during and after the flight. The parties are jointly committed to implementing the established criteria and controlling the implementation to ensure the above goal.

Expressing his gratitude to Sun PhuQuoc Airways for trusting and accompanying SAGS and ACV's ground service companies, Mr. Bui Tuan Anh - General Director of SAGS - assessed the ground service contract signing event between Sun PhuQuoc Airways and SAGS and the companies HGS, SCSC, ACSV on September 8 as an important milestone.

This cooperation opens up opportunities for SAGS in particular and companies in the ACV ecosystem in general to create the best synergistic service value for Sun PhuQuoc Airways. Thereby synchronizing and optimizing the passenger experience at the airports that Sun PhuQuoc Airways operates.
