Since September 3, the Hanoi Department of Construction has banned all vehicles with a load capacity of over 18 tons from passing through the CV1C Ramp branch. These vehicles will have to change direction to go straight from Vinh Tuy Bridge to Minh Khai Street to continue traveling in other directions. Buses are still allowed to operate normally.

To effectively implement this plan, the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board and the construction unit will install 18-ton load limit signs on the CV1C Ramp branch. The functional units will arrange forces on duty 24/24 hours, especially during rush hours, to guide, direct traffic and promptly handle arising situations. At the same time, these units will regularly monitor and update the traffic situation to promptly propose adjustment plans to minimize congestion.
The Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police will increase the number of officers in the area and strictly handle vehicles that violate the law. The City Traffic Management and Operation Center is also ready to adjust and notify bus routes to change direction via Minh Khai Street if congestion occurs.
The Hanoi Department of Construction recommends that people, especially heavy truck drivers, pay attention to information and comply with instructions to ensure safety, contributing to maintaining order and traffic safety throughout the area.
