On October 1, Mr. Nay Phi La - Director of the Department of Health of Dak Lak province said that currently, in Dak Lak province, there are some subjects impersonating the Department of Health of the province to commit fraud for the purpose of appropriating property. The health sector is actively coordinating with the authorities to warn and prevent the above situation.

In recent days, on social networking sites, a document with the content "Decision on establishing an inspection and supervision team for food production and trading establishments in Dak Lak province" has appeared, in which the inspection team includes members of the Department of Health. The document has the signature of the Department of Health leader and a red seal with the logo of the Ministry of Health . Mr. Nay Phi La affirmed that the Dak Lak Department of Health did not issue a document in the form of a Decision as above. This is an act of forging a State document for the purpose of fraud.

To promptly prevent fraudulent acts and handle fake information, the Department of Health has a document requesting the Department of Information and Communications to inform press agencies located in the province and other media to widely publish the above-mentioned fake acts; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities direct relevant units and departments to notify production and business establishments about the above-mentioned fake acts; Internal Political Security Department - Provincial Police investigates and strictly handles acts of violating the law and forging documents of state agencies according to regulations.

The Department of Health also recommends that establishments in the area, especially those related to the food and beverage sector, medical facilities, and individual businesses, when detecting the above counterfeit acts, coordinate with the nearest police agency or report via the Department of Health's hotline for timely resolution and strict handling.
