Casamia Balanca Hoi An received the Silver Award for National Urban Planning 2022

Casamia Balanca Hoi An project of Dat Phuong Group received the Silver Award for the 3rd Urban Area Construction Planning Award (VUPA.2022) of the National Urban Planning Award Council.

The "National Urban Planning" Award was initiated by the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association (VUPA) to enhance the status and role of urban planning and development management. The award aims to honor organizations, individuals and businesses that have made outstanding contributions to the field of planning, urban development and rural residential areas in Vietnam.

The project with the Casamia gene code invested by Dat Phuong Group, is jointly developed with EnCity with the desire to continue to create an urban area that balances ecology, heritage conservation and value increase. Possessing a unique and rare location at the intersection of three rivers: Truong Giang, Thu Bon, Co Co, facing straight to Cua Dai Bay, next to the Bay Mau coconut forest world biosphere reserve, located on the central coastal route, in the heritage city of Hoi An.

The problem that the investor posed to the planning consultant was to preserve the existing natural landscape to the maximum, combining contemporary values based on Hoi An's strict architectural standards. The project is not only an ecological urban area, bringing the highest enjoyment value to the community of residents, but also has the task of creating a new destination for Hoi An.
