Inspired by the correlation between a day and a life, Into The Unknown by Nguyen Thanh Vu uses the image of ocean waves and clouds to depict the cycle of birth, existence, change, and death. The author divides a day into 6 "times" (early evening, morning, noon, late afternoon, evening, and night), evoking each stage of life: from the innocent time of birth, entering the brilliant, energetic adulthood until the peaceful sunset and then the quiet night, preparing for a new dawn.

According to Nguyen Thanh Vu, the collection of paintings was created over a year. The works are a tribute to those who have shown love for the themes of energy, waves and clouds throughout his creative journey. "I have always pursued two themes: culture and energy. I have been able to make a living with this profession thanks to this line of paintings. Throughout my journey of experimenting with color and energy, ocean waves and clouds have long been indispensable images for me. This is an opportunity for me to express my gratitude to those who love the themes of my paintings, and also an opportunity to introduce to everyone a new perspective, new techniques, new energy, in addition to the images of a Nguyen Thanh Vu before," he shared.

In which, Pham Hai Au depicts the emotions when practicing music as a musician. Qui Phan depicts the places he has visited in the country. Trinh Vuong chooses to depict the golden moments in daily life, where light blends with humanity. Le Trung Hieu pursues the Bien Hoa pottery line, depicting the beauty of ancient artisans.

With oil paintings, the group of authors wishes to convey the strength, vitality, enthusiasm as well as youthfulness and peace through the works. With ceramics, the author wants to preserve and promote the beauty of the ancient Bien Hoa ceramic line.
