Approval of investment policy for infrastructure of Long Duc 3 Industrial Park (Dong Nai)

Specifically, the investment policy was approved and the investor was Long Duc 3 Industrial Park Joint Stock Company.

The project is located in Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province with a land use scale of 244.5 hectares. The project investment capital is 1,800 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is 270 billion VND.

The project's operation period is 50 years from July 14, 2023, and the project implementation progress is no more than 36 months from the date of land handover by the State.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee shall inspect, determine and ensure that investors meet the conditions for State land lease and permission to change land use purpose to implement the project at the time of lease and permission to change land use purpose.

Organize the establishment and approval of the construction zoning plan of Long Duc 3 Industrial Park with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system and technical infrastructure connections according to the provisions of the law on construction.

Organize the implementation of land acquisition, compensation, site clearance, resettlement, land lease, and conversion of land use purposes in accordance with the provisions of the law on land, in accordance with the documents approved by competent authorities on the scale, location, and progress of project implementation. Ensure that there are no disputes or complaints regarding the right to use the project site; direct relevant agencies and investors to strictly implement the provisions of the law on national defense.

The People's Committee of Dong Nai province directed the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Dong Nai province and relevant agencies to implement solutions related to the lives of workers working in industrial parks, including plans to build houses, cultural, social and sports facilities for workers; support jobs and vocational training for workers of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation Limited Company whose jobs are affected, and people whose land is recovered; carry out land recovery in accordance with the project implementation progress and investment attraction.
