Official release of free learning app for students in Vietnamese version

With the goal of accompanying parents to help students study proactively at home but still achieve the highest efficiency, the Khan Academy Vietnam team launched the Vietnamese version of the Khan Academy app.

The new school year 2023 - 2024 has officially started for 1 week. With the goal of accompanying parents to help students study proactively at home but still achieve the highest efficiency, the Khan Academy Vietnam team launched the Vietnamese version of the Khan Academy app. This is considered a "gift" on the occasion of the new school year to help students across the region supplement their knowledge of math and other subjects according to international standards at no cost.

Khan Academy is a free online learning platform for students from kindergarten to pre-university. To date, the Khan Academy platform has appeared in 192 countries around the world , with 145 million users, translated into 51 languages, including Vietnamese. Notably, in September 2023, Khan Academy officially released the app version in Vietnamese. Thus, students across 63 provinces and cities across the country can study using both the website and app platforms very conveniently.

The learning content on the Khan Academy platform is rich and diverse, including localized subjects to supplement the 2018 General Education Program of the Ministry of Education and Training such as Math, Information Technology, and subjects in English according to international standards such as Math, Natural Sciences, Soft Skills, SAT Preparation, AP curriculum...

As of 2023, Khan Academy Vietnam has localized and published Math programs from Elementary to High School, Internet Safety programs... In the future, Khan Academy Vietnam will continue to localize courses to meet the learning needs of all Vietnamese people such as Probability and Statistics, Financial Knowledge, Science , Computers...

With the Vietnamese version of the app, students can access the platform to study anytime, anywhere in the most convenient way. According to recommendations from many education experts, students only need to access the question bank for 15 minutes a day to study and practice to form and practice self-study habits, thereby improving learning results.

Sharing with us, Ms. Nguyen Oanh - mother of student Khoi Nguyen (a student participating in learning on the platform) said: "From a shy boy, lacking motivation to study, when my child was confident with Math, he was at the top of the class. Especially, he was more confident when he was not afraid to take exams." This is one of the parents whose children participated in learning on the platform, sharing the joy of seeing their child make progress when participating in learning, filling in knowledge gaps and being confident with Math.

The Vietnamese version of Khan Academy's app has now appeared on the app store. Parents and students can download it to study for free at the beginning of this new school year.
