Ho Chi Minh City deploys EDUi interactive application of education sector

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training issued a document to deploy the EDUi interactive application system of the city's education sector.

Accordingly, the EDUi interactive application will be deployed at educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City in 3 phases during the 2025-2026 school year, implemented on mobile platforms (iOS and Android operating systems).

Specifically : Phase 1 is training to deploy the EDUi interactive application at educational institutions in the area . Phase 2 is organizing a ceremony to announce the handover of the EDUi interactive application system . Phase 3 will be Complete the requirements during the actual implementation process , the implementation time is September , October - 2025 .

According to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the EDUi interactive application functions will provide free information, news, and events of the industry; Help the Department of Education and Training organize public survey content for parents and students; Information on learning results ( providing utilities for parents and students to register an account using their citizen ID to look up and monitor students' learning results); Education information (providing utilities for parents and students to monitor student class bulletin boards); Sending leave requests; Providing utilities for students/parents to view student timetables, teachers to sign digital lesson books.

The management functions that the EDUi interactive application will charge for are:

Pay tuition and fees online: parents pay student fees via QR code scanning ; Provide a platform that allows organizations to build and share learning material warehouses to improve teaching quality ; Interaction and communication between teachers, parents and schools ; Manage student information, attendance, attendance, and violations .

In addition, the following features will also be charged: Digital library: schools can build a digital library management subsystem. Students and teachers can borrow and return books and read books online; Facilities equipment management: teachers can borrow and return equipment via the EDUi application; School health: update data on students' periodic health check-ups and student health issues during their studies at school; Track assignments: teachers manage, evaluate and monitor assignments to consolidate knowledge.
