(Dan Tri) - Capitaland Tower, the investor of the Saigon Marina IFC tower on the "golden land" of Ba Son, has just reported a loss of more than VND 2,700 billion, 71.5 times higher than the same period last year.

Capitaland Tower Company Limited has just announced its business performance for the first half of 2025. The company reported a loss after tax of nearly VND2,733 billion in the first half of the year - an increase of 71.5 times compared to the same period last year.

Previously, in the first 6 months of 2024, Capitaland Tower reported a loss after tax of more than 38 billion VND. In 2023 and 2022, the company's loss after tax was 2,683 billion VND and 756 billion VND, respectively.

The company has negative equity. As of June 30, Capitaland Tower's equity was negative more than VND7,046 billion.

However, the company recorded total outstanding debt of VND14,514 billion, a sharp decrease compared to VND22,066 billion in the same period.

CapitaLand Tower is known as the investor of the Saigon Marina IFC project in the "golden land" of Ba Son (Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The project is introduced as 55 floors above ground, 5 basements, with a total floor area of ​​over 106,000 m2 on a land area of ​​over 6,000 m2, making it one of the tallest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, Capitaland Tower has just increased its capital 10 times to more than VND22,000 billion.

In particular, the shareholder structure has a new individual, Ms. Le Thi Huyen Linh, who owns 91% of the capital. The old shareholders have reduced their ownership ratio, including Mr. Luong Phan Son, who holds 8.5%. Ms. Linh was also a member of the Board of Members, and Mr. Son is the legal representative of this enterprise.

Along with the change in shareholder structure, Capitaland Tower also has a new General Director, Mr. Nguyen Diep Anh, who is also the legal representative of the enterprise.
