According to information from the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, in the next 24-48 hours, the circulation of storm No. 3 (Wipha) will cause moderate to heavy rain, especially in the low mountainous areas in the South of the province including the communes of Ham Yen, Yen Son, Minh Xuan, Son Duong, some places will have very heavy rain (from 50-100mm, some places over 150m). Warning of dangerous natural disaster risk.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment requires localities to continuously update weather warning bulletins, forecast natural disasters, notify and provide timely guidance to the people to proactively prevent and minimize damage caused by the impact of storm circulation; deploy shock forces to inspect and review residential areas along rivers, streams, low-lying areas at high risk of flooding, flash floods and landslides.
