Lam Dong Province Women's Basketball Team has 15 athletes

Lam Dong Women's Basketball Team was established in 2018, with 15 athletes. At the time of the team's establishment, the athletes were 13 - 14 years old. After more than 7 years of training, overcoming difficulties and challenges, the athletes have gradually matured, gradually achieving many high achievements.

Lam Dong Province Women's Basketball Team Won Bronze Medal at the National U23 Championship

In 2022, the team won a bronze medal at the National Sports Festival. In 2023, the team won a bronze medal at the National Championship. In 2024, the team won a bronze medal at the National U23 Championship.

Captain of the Provincial Women's Basketball Team, Ms. Lai Thi Hong Nhung, expressed her honor to receive the attention of the provincial leaders and hoped that the team will continue to receive companionship and support from the province.

In April 2025, the team won the bronze medal at the National Championship. Most recently, the team won the gold medal at the U23 National Championship.

Currently, the team is focusing on training to prepare for the 2026 National Sports Festival.

Head coach Nguyen Hoang Nam reported to Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi about information about the team members and the achievements the team has achieved in recent times.

At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial Women's Basketball Team proposed that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee support the team with facilities and policies to meet the needs of training.
