Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son received citizens of Phan Thiet ward

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son chaired the reception of citizens.

Attending the reception were Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Department; leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Culture - Sports - Tourism, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Tuyen Quang City People's Committee, Phan Thiet Ward People's Committee.

Mr. Pham Hong Thuy made a speech to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Pham Hong Thuy and Mrs. Ha Thi Van requested to consider and resolve the instructions for granting an additional area of 11.3 ^{square meters} of land to the land use right certificate issued to the family, because in the process of measuring and dividing the land, preparing the certificate issuance file, there was a lack compared to the area the family is using.

After listening to the reports from the departments, branches and the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of the city and Phan Thiet ward to organize an inspection to thoroughly resolve the content of Mr. Thuy's request. Mr. Thuy's family needs to closely coordinate with state agencies to have the basis to resolve according to the provisions of law.

Regarding the petition of Ms. Ly Thi Minh about the request to resolve the land allocation in small areas, interspersed in the residential area of Group 12, Phan Thiet Ward for her family according to regulations, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son made a concluding statement, recognizing that Ms. Minh's wish was legitimate. However, due to complicated procedures, it has not been resolved completely.

The comrade assigned the Chairman of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee to direct the review and inspection of the procedures for allocating small and interspersed land plots of Ms. Minh's family. In case the conditions for land allocation are met according to Decision No. 303/QD-UBND dated August 7, 2023 of the City People's Committee, the procedures for land plot consolidation must be established according to regulations. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, according to its functions and tasks, will coordinate and guide Tuyen Quang City People's Committee to implement the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of law.
