Preparing conditions for groundbreaking of boarding school projects in border communes

According to the report of the Quang Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board, implementing the plan of the City People's Committee, the board proactively coordinated with the People's Committees of the communes: Dac Pring, La Dee, La Ee and related parties to organize surveys of the current status, terrain, and measure the boundaries of the land to ensure 2 criteria: the land area is over 5 hectares; the total number of students expected to organize the master plan is greater than 1,000 students.

In the period 2026 - 2030, calculate and design the learning blocks and related auxiliary facilities to ensure a minimum of 500 - 700 students for each school. After 2030, deploy the construction of the remaining blocks in accordance with the master plan.

It is expected that in October, the master plan for the site will be completed, the site will be leveled, and priority will be given to selecting classrooms or subject classrooms to carry out the design documentation. In December, 3 projects will be started.

For the project of Primary and Secondary Boarding Schools in A Vuong Commune, Tay Giang Commune and Hung Son Commune, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang basically agreed on the overall organization plan of the site and the design plan.

According to the plan, the project implementation board will implement the project in a "rolling" manner, prioritizing each functional area, traffic access area, living space... of each project.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan said that these are special public investment projects, and departments, branches and sectors determined to implement the project in the spirit of both design and construction to ensure the set progress.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to urgently clear the land and create conditions to start projects on schedule.

Relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities must coordinate closely, especially in resolving the dismantling of existing works, determining the location of land reception when leveling the ground for construction...

At the same time, choose temporary study locations for students in communes with construction projects from old school sites.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee directed relevant departments and branches to continue advising the City People's Committee to carry out the next steps in accordance with regulations.
