Carefully prepare content to present to the Provincial People's Council at meetings in 2025

Specifically, proactively develop and complete the contents to ensure compliance with the prescribed processes, procedures and time; proactively coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to arrange the Provincial People's Committee meeting schedule to approve and seek opinions from competent authorities as prescribed for the contents before submitting them to the Provincial People's Council.

Regularly monitor, check, review the list of contents and promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee on adjustments/supplements to the list of contents presented at each meeting to ensure compliance with the preparation progress, budget balance ability and timely update of new regulations and policies issued by the Central Government.

After the Provincial People's Committee approves and signs the contents to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council, the presiding departments and branches are responsible for photocopying all documents as required and directly sending them to the Office of the National Assembly Delegation & Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee Office to synthesize the content for the meetings; at the same time, send the electronic file to the Email address: vphdnd@quangnam.gov.vn.
