Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of Hoang Hoa commune along with a large number of cadres, teachers and more than 1,000 students of Hoang Hoa Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center.

After 30 years of formation and development, Hoang Hoa Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center is the only unit among the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers of Thanh Hoa province to be awarded the Labor Medal by the President three times; for many years it has been the leading unit in the Vocational Education and Continuing Education sector of the province.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Hoang Hoa Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center achieved many encouraging results: the number of students with good and excellent academic performance accounted for 52.4%; over 99% of students were ranked as having good and fair conduct; in the provincial excellent student exam, the school had 17 students winning prizes; 100% of students passed the high school graduation exam, many of whom achieved high scores. In vocational training, the center organized over 30 intermediate vocational training joint classes; nearly 1,000 people studied for A1 motorcycle driving license.

The 2025-2026 school year is also the first year that Hoang Hoa Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center becomes a unit under the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training. With the theme of the school year "Discipline - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development", teachers and students of Hoang Hoa Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center continue to innovate teaching and testing methods, and assessment in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities; diversifying educational forms, focusing on experiential activities, digital skills education...

On this occasion, sponsors also presented many gifts to students with especially difficult circumstances, encouraging them to strive to excel in their studies; in which Lilama 1 College awarded vocational scholarships to many of its students.

Next, teachers and students of Hoang Hoa Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center and delegates watched the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year held at the National Convention Center, Hanoi. The event was connected online to all educational institutions nationwide, from kindergarten to university.
