The art program “Flowers bloom after the rain” is organized to call for support and raise funds to help people in Cao Bang province overcome the consequences of the storm. The program will take place at 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 20, 2025 at Ho Guom Theater (40 Hang Bai, Cua Nam, Hanoi ).
The art program consists of 3 parts. Part 1: I love my homeland so much - recreates the images of natural disasters and the great losses that the people of Cao Bang province had to endure after storms No. 10 and 11. Through films, music and stage images, the audience feels the pain, the loss of people and property. Part 2: Shining human love - are touching images of rescue forces, officers, soldiers, volunteers, and charity groups all looking towards Cao Bang. The performances honor the love of Vietnamese people, demonstrating the strength of community solidarity and the compassion spreading from all over. Part 3: Flowers bloom after the rain - Through music, dance and images, the program sends a message about the determination, compassion and aspiration to rise of the people of the highlands - the "flowers" still blooming in the midst of difficulties.

The event gathered many famous artists in the Vietnamese music industry such as: Diva Hong Nhung, Meritorious Artist Phuong Anh, Anh Tho, Trong Tan, Quach Mai Thy, Gemma Nguyen, MTV band... All funds raised from ticket sales and sponsorship sources will be transferred directly to the people of Cao Bang province through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province.
“Flowers bloom after the rain” is a message of love from the kindness of individuals, organizations, artists - the program's producers and the audience for the people of Cao Bang who suffered damage due to floods, contributing to easing the loss and helping people stabilize their lives soon.
