Trang A Vang Tua, a H'mong ethnic, is from Pa No village, Muong Khoa commune, Bac Son district, Son La province. He has been working at the Drilling Site 1, Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin for 8 years now.

Trang A Vang Tua is a graduate of the intermediate mining vocational class at the Vietnam College of Coal and Minerals in 2016. After graduating, he returned to work and has been with Nui Beo Coal ever since.

Trang A Vang Tua has been with Than Nui Beo for 8 years.

Although he is an ethnic minority worker, Tua has accumulated a considerable amount of capital, not only in terms of material but also in terms of working experience in the underground coal production environment. Overcoming the initial obstacles of regional culture and communication language, with 29 years of age and 8 years of experience, Trang A Vang Tua's current worker level is 3/5.

During work, Trang A Vang Tua always strictly follows safety procedures and regulations and coordinates with colleagues to ensure safety in the mine.

At the unit, Trang A Vang Tua is considered a core and active worker. From 2020 up to now, the unit manager has trusted and elected him as a Safety - Hygiene Officer and he is always worthy of the trust of his colleagues as well as the construction site leaders.

Always diligent, hard-working and ensuring working days, for 3 consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022), Trang A Vang Tua has achieved an income of 300 million VND/year or more. Not only working actively, Trang A Vang Tua also enthusiastically helps and guides dozens of new miners in general and miners from the highlands in particular, helping them shorten the distance to get acquainted and integrate into the working environment of the coal mine.

Trang A Vang Tua said he loves mining and is very satisfied with his current life.

Currently, Trang A Vang Tua has a happy family with his wife and two children living in a beautiful house in Ha Trung ward, Ha Long city. He bought the house with his savings from working as a miner. He also bought a car to go to work and take his wife and children back to their hometown during vacations and holidays.
