Accordingly, Nhat is supported with 1 million VND/month (equivalent to 12 million VND/year) and has a savings book of 10 million VND/year. The fund is drawn from voluntary contributions from union members and social contributions. In addition, the Association and the Youth Union regularly organize visits and give gifts on holidays, Tet, the opening of the new school year and the Mid-Autumn Festival.

This is the 11th case that the Provincial Police Women's Association has sponsored since 2022. Previously, the Association has sponsored 10 children in special circumstances, including orphans and those with congenital disabilities. In 2024, the Association mobilized its staff and members to contribute 10 million VND, organized visits and gave gifts during holidays and Tet; regularly supported 500,000 VND/child/month, along with gifts worth about 1 million VND/child/year. In 2025, the support level was increased to 1 million VND/child/month.

These are meaningful activities, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and sharing of the youth and women of the Provincial Police towards the community; at the same time, the Women's Union and the Youth Union of the Lai Chau Provincial Police identified the programs "Godmother" and "Foster Children of the Union" as humane activities, spreading the sense of responsibility and affection of officers and soldiers towards disadvantaged children.
