According to the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh, the method of calculating the entrance score for non-specialized high school grade 10 this year is still according to the formula: admission score = exam score of Literature + Math + English (coefficient 1). In addition, candidates will also receive priority points (if any).

Admission scores for specialized 10th grade high school are calculated according to the formula: admission score = scores of non-specialized exams (coefficient 1) + scores of specialized exam (coefficient 3).

Candidates who wish to have their exam results reviewed must submit their application to the secondary school where they registered to take the exam. The application process will be conducted from the date of exam results announcement until June 21.

The results of the review are expected to be announced before July 25.

The entrance exam for grade 10 of non-specialized high schools and Ha Tinh Specialized High Schools for the 2025-2026 school year took place from June 3-4, with more than 16,400 candidates registering for the exam, of which more than 900 candidates registered for Ha Tinh Specialized High School.

According to the plan of the Department of Education and Training, in the 2025 - 2026 school year, Ha Tinh Specialized High School will enroll 13 classes with 455 students, including: 2 Math classes, 2 English classes; subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT, Literature, History, Geography, French, Chinese, each subject has 1 class, each class has no more than 35 students.

The enrollment target for public high schools is 13,418 candidates.
