The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission was established under Decision No. 760 dated February 5, 2025 of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, with a total of 42 party members.

In which, the Party Executive Committee was appointed to include 7 comrades; Comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission was appointed as Party Committee Secretary; Comrade Pham Hong Quang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission was appointed as Deputy Party Committee Secretary.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc also appointed a Party Committee Inspection Committee consisting of 3 comrades with comrade Pham Hong Quang as Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee.
