Announcing the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Fatherland Front, and central organizations

On the afternoon of June 21, in Hanoi, a ceremony was held to announce the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations. Attending the ceremony were comrade Do Van Chien, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; comrade Bui Quang Huy, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union.

According to the decision issued by the Central Committee of the Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Fatherland Front, and central organizations are provincial-level organizations directly under the Central Youth Union, including 13 affiliated youth organizations.

The Central Secretariat of the Youth Union also issued a decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Fatherland Front, and Central mass organizations for the period 2025 - 2027.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Fatherland Front and Central organizations consists of 21 members. Comrade Nguyen Nhat Linh, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department of the Youth Union, was appointed as Secretary.

Speaking at the program, comrade Bui Quang Huy said that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Fatherland Front, and the Central mass organizations will be the core political force in the youth movement of agencies and units under the Fatherland Front and the Central mass organizations. This Youth Union has the function of advising, directing, guiding, inspecting and monitoring the activities of the Youth Union organizations under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Fatherland Front, and the Central mass organizations.

Within the framework of the program, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Fatherland Front, and central organizations launched emulation movements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central organizations for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
