Currently, in the context of the entire Electricity industry making efforts to overcome difficulties, overcome the sun and rain, promote investment in construction, digital transformation, and ensure safe and effective operation of the power system , the Long An Electricity Company Trade Union continues to affirm its role as a spiritual "support" and a solid support for workers.

In particular, during the Workers' Month 2025, the Union proactively deployed a series of practical activities, spreading deeply and widely with the spirit of accompanying workers, contributing to further highlighting the mark of the Long An Electricity Industry Union.

More than 1,000 bottles of cold water and more than 200 nutritious meals were handed out, giving workers more motivation to work.

With the theme throughout Workers' Month 2025 : "The Vietnamese working class is a pioneer entering a new era", the Union is proactive, innovative in its approach, close in its organization and humane in every activity.

Notably, the Long An Electricity Company Union proposed that the EVN Union and EVN SPC support the construction of many Union Warm Houses and Colleague Houses, each worth 60 million VND. This activity not only provides material support but also shares affection, helping union members stabilize their lives and feel secure in their long-term contributions.

Along with housing construction activities, "mutual love" activities were also promoted. During the Workers' Month, the Union called for donations of 380 million VND to support workers with serious illnesses. The number seems to be only material value but contains trust, demonstrating the solidarity of the Company's workers and the spirit of "A piece of food when hungry is worth a package when full" which has become a good tradition.

Not only providing support from afar, the Union of each unit also went directly to the construction sites where workers were sweating under the scorching sun to ensure the construction progress outside the power grid. More than 1,000 bottles of cool water and more than 200 nutritious meals were handed to the workers, which was a great encouragement. These simple but touching actions have deeply engraved in the minds of the workers a truly close, practical and responsible Union organization.

In addition to focusing on the direct production force, the Union also visited, encouraged and had direct dialogue at the Electricity Companies in the districts: Can Giuoc, Thu Thua, Moc Hoa, Vinh Hung, Tan Hung. At each place, Union representatives asked about the labor and production situation and presented gifts. The gifts were given to the workers at the right time, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and supporting, helping the units overcome difficulties and continue to compete to complete their tasks well.

On the other hand, the Company's Trade Union also regularly promotes creative emulation movements, organizes activities to honor outstanding employees, promotes technical initiatives, and contributes significantly to the overall development of the Company. The Trade Union actively propagates and raises awareness of the Labor Code and Trade Union Law, encourages union members to strictly comply with regulations on labor safety, implement good corporate culture and communicate with customers according to EVN's standards.

One of the other outstanding activities implemented is the photo contest "EVN Women Preserve Corporate Culture" to honor the role of female workers in preserving and promoting the unique culture of the Electricity industry.

This contest not only creates a useful playground but also raises awareness and promotes the sense of responsibility of female staff towards corporate cultural values, thereby promoting a civilized, polite and professional working environment.

The Company's Trade Union also pays special attention to the future generation by organizing activities for children on the occasion of International Children's Day June 1 and promptly rewarding children with excellent academic achievements in the 2024-2025 school year. The entertainment programs, gift giving, and rewards have created motivation to encourage the children's learning spirit; at the same time, demonstrating the Trade Union's thoughtful and comprehensive attention to the family life of workers.
