Bustling Mid-Autumn Festival 'Happy Mid-Autumn Festival'

On September 27, at the People's Committee of Long Hoa Ward, the Department of Health of Tay Ninh Province coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union and the People's Committee of Long Hoa Ward to organize the 2025 Provincial Mid-Autumn Festival for children with the theme "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival".

The program took place enthusiastically with the participation of 100 children who are children in especially difficult circumstances, children with disabilities and children from primary and secondary schools in the ward.

The program includes a ceremony and a festival. In the Mid-Autumn Festival, children can participate in fun activities, entertainment, cultural exchange, and arts such as lantern making contests, participating in fun folk games, etc., thereby creating a bond between children.

On the same afternoon, at the hall of Long Hoa Ward People's Committee, the Organizing Committee of the camp held the Camp Summary Ceremony and gave Mid-Autumn gifts.

Attending the event were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh Province Pham Hung Thai; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dai Thy; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, organizations, localities and a large number of children and parents in Long Hoa ward.

Following the exciting atmosphere of the camp, the ceremony took place in a joyful and warm atmosphere with many cultural and artistic activities serving children and people such as lion dance, dragon dance, Mid-Autumn Festival themed performances, circus, magic, etc.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa acknowledged the efforts of the Organizing Committee of the camp in creating a healthy and safe playground for children during the Mid-Autumn Festival. He asked localities to continue to pay attention and accompany the province's children during the holidays.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished all children a happy and warm Mid-Autumn Festival; encouraged them to study hard, always be good children and good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to the teams participating in the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Contributing to bringing a Mid-Autumn Festival full of love, the Provincial People's Committee presented 100 Mid-Autumn gifts to children, including lanterns, gifts, cakes and a scholarship to encourage their learning spirit.

The total cost of organizing the camp was over 170 million VND, mobilized by the People's Committee. On this occasion, the camp's Organizing Committee announced and awarded prizes to the excellent teams.

The provincial Mid-Autumn Festival is organized to create equal opportunities for all children to enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival with fun and entertainment activities, helping them to integrate into the community. Thereby, calling on the whole society to care for children, especially children in special circumstances and children at risk of falling into special circumstances, contributing to encouraging them to strive to improve in life.

As planned, the next provincial-level Mid-Autumn Festival will be organized by the Department of Health in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union in An Luc Long commune, on October 4, 2025./.
