Deputy General Director of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company Dang Anh Dung, representing the company's board of directors, reported on the 2024 production and business results and the 2025 plan.

Head of the Supervisory Board of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company Vo Thi Ngoc Bich approved the 2024 monitoring results report and 2025 operation plan.

The congress approved many important contents to meet the company's long-term development needs.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company Nguyen Ngoc Son said that in 2024, some areas of the company's operations encountered many difficulties due to the transition from ordering to bidding. However, the Board of Directors has performed well in supervising and creating the most favorable conditions for the Board of Directors to effectively carry out tasks according to the company's charter, the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors. It is noteworthy that the General Director and the Executive Board always strive, are creative and proactive in implementing the tasks and targets approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders with a high sense of responsibility.

During the operation, the General Director and the leaders of the units in the company and its affiliated enterprises have complied with the legal regulations, charters, operating regulations of the company, resolutions and decisions of the Board of Directors. Fully comply with the periodic and ad hoc reporting regime when required. The company always demonstrates high responsibility to the community through environmental activities and social security work with localities. In the role of leader and operator, the General Director always dares to think, dares to do, upgrades infrastructure, boldly invests in equipment and means to improve service quality in the fields of environmental sanitation, park and tree care, maintenance of urban drainage systems, public lighting and traffic light control.

In the coming time, the Board of Directors will direct the implementation of the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders; focus on completing the political tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee; continue to rearrange the personnel in a streamlined and effective manner, build a management staff with professional expertise and high capacity and responsibility in work to meet the actual situation at the company. Clearly improve the quality and service attitude to build the company's image. At the same time, expand specialized activities to improve competitiveness and meet the long-term development needs of the enterprise.

The Congress discussed and approved many important contents, such as: Report on 2024 performance results, 2025 operation plan of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board; 2024 production and business performance results and 2025 plan; audited financial report for 2024 and profit distribution report for 2024 and 2025 plan.
