TikToker Vo Ha Linh's company suddenly entered the real estate field?

(Dan Tri) - The company chaired by TikToker Vo Ha Linh has just registered to add two more business lines than before, including real estate trading and real estate consulting, brokerage, and auction.

According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, Ha Linh Official Trading and Service Joint Stock Company has just announced information about changes in business registration content. The company said that before the change, it had registered 15 business lines.

The main business line is advertising, along with other lines such as trading in fabrics, garments, footwear, and other household items; retailing food and groceries in specialized stores; retailing carpets, mattresses, blankets, curtains, wall and floor coverings; postal and delivery services; market research and public opinion polls, etc.

In the announcement of changes, TikToker Vo Ha Linh’s company registered 2 more business lines. The added lines include real estate business, land use rights owned, used or rented; real estate consulting, brokerage, auction, land use rights auction, excluding auction activities.

The above enterprise was established in May 2021, headquartered in Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province, with Ms. Vo Thi Ha Linh (born in 1992) as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Director and Legal Representative.

At the time of establishment, this company had a charter capital of 2 billion VND. Of which, Vo Thi Ha Linh contributed 90% of the capital, equivalent to 1.8 billion VND. 2 other individuals, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga and Ms. Vo Thi Hoai Thuong, each contributed 5% of the capital, equivalent to 100 million VND.

In September 2022, Ms. Vo Thi Hoai Thuong (born in 1991) was appointed as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Director to replace Ms. Vo Thi Ha Linh. However, in June 2023, the above position was transferred to Ms. Linh.

By October 2024, Vo Ha Linh's company announced an increase in charter capital to VND19.5 billion, the specific capital contribution components were not disclosed. According to tax declaration information, the official number of employees of the enterprise is currently 10 people.

Vo Ha Linh is currently one of the KOLs (Knowledgeable Persons) leading in livestream sales in Vietnam. However, since the beginning of the year, the "livestream warrior" has been repeatedly embroiled in controversies related to product advertising.

At the end of March, the Vietnam Association for Consumer Protection sent a document requesting the authorities to review the sales activities of a number of KOLs and KOCs, including TikToker Vo Ha Linh. The agency said that Vo Ha Linh was continuously reported to be dumping, providing poor quality goods, calling for hoarding of goods, causing concern among consumers and negatively affecting the retail market.

Immediately afterwards, on Vo Ha Linh's official personal page with a blue tick, she spoke up, affirming her commitment to transparency in livestream sales activities on e-commerce platforms and always putting the interests of consumers first.
