On May 20, teams and stations under the Road and Railway Traffic Police Department (PC08, Ho Chi Minh City Police) coordinated with the police of districts and Thu Duc City to simultaneously launch specialized patrol teams to control and handle violations (called joint teams) in the area.
The joint teams include: Mobile Police, Commune Police, Criminal Police, Drug Police, Economic Police, in coordination with Traffic Police to suppress violent subjects resisting law enforcement officers and criminal activities on the road. These teams will operate from May 20 to July 20.

The joint force will focus on areas, rural traffic routes, routes leading to industrial parks, areas with many food and beverage stores that serve alcohol, bars, restaurants, routes with eco -tourism areas, entertainment and tourism spots, mineral mines, construction materials to handle violations of alcohol concentration, "extending" vehicle bodies, transporting overloaded or oversized goods, speeding violations...
During the implementation process, based on the actual situation of routes, areas, subjects, time, violation rules... The joint team will have a patrol and control method, flexible operating time, change routes, areas of inspection and handling, not allowing violators to grasp the operating rules, know in advance the inspection area to avoid.
