NUS is a famous university with 120 years of development, considered the pride of Singapore's education . The school is always the choice of the world's leading technology corporations such as Google, Microsoft, Alibaba, Grab or prestigious research institutes in the US, Europe and Japan when implementing cooperation in education, research and startups. With that stature, NUS's cooperation with CT Group has special significance, demonstrating the appreciation for the technological capacity, innovation and international aspirations of Vietnamese enterprises.

The visit and hands-on experience at CT Group by more than 70 excellent NUS students and 6 staff, on September 23, is a specific activity in the cooperation program on education and human resource development between the two sides. Here, the students had direct access to CT Group's technology ecosystem, especially at CT Innovation Hub 4.0 - 4.0 Innovation Center built on a completely different model compared to traditional centers. This space brings together the creativity of thousands of technology talents, connects Vietnamese and international resources, operates on Web3, AI and Blockchain platforms, allowing ideas to be digitized, valued and commercialized almost immediately.

During the program, NUS students witnessed firsthand the research achievements and technological products developed by Vietnamese people in 9 core technology fields: Semiconductors; Artificial Intelligence; Drones; Green Cryptocurrency; Carbon Credit Platform; Zero-Emission Folding House; Electric Cars - Electric Trains, Quantum Computers; New Energy; Genes and Cells. The excitement and delight were evident on the faces of each student when they directly experienced technologies that they had only heard about through books or academic research.

"I really enjoyed visiting CT Group and especially exploring the high-tech products at CT Innovation Hub 4.0. For me, the technology industries here are very new and special. In Singapore, there are also innovation center models but with different operating methods, so I want to experience more practical operations here...", said Olivia, a student of the Faculty of Design and Engineering, NUS.

NUS students were introduced to the working environment, career opportunities in the high-tech field and welfare policies at CT Group, with the Tam Tien model having three pillars: Future Zone - Six-star working space with more than one hundred amenities; 360-degree welfare policy for comprehensive care for employees and their families; to Agentic AI - Artificial intelligence assistant to help optimize daily work. All showed a professional, modern environment, where people are the center and technology is the driving force for development. After the program, many NUS students expressed their desire to have the opportunity to return to Vietnam to work at CT Group, contribute to the development of the group as well as enjoy this creative environment.

Not only cooperating with Singapore, on the same day, September 23, CT Group signed a memorandum of understanding with Ming Tan University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Taiwan, China - where more than 1,700 Vietnamese students are studying, notably the first Semiconductor PhD program approved by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan. One day earlier, on September 22, CT Group signed a memorandum of understanding with National Kaohsiung University (NUK), a school that has closely cooperated with TSMC in training high-level human resources for the semiconductor industry.

Joining hands with the two most important universities in Taiwan's semiconductor training industry helps CT Group create a direct bridge with elite human resources, both supplementing high-quality workforce for the domestic semiconductor industry and opening up opportunities for research and development cooperation on a regional scale.

Cooperation with foreign universities has long been a focus in CT Group's strategy of developing high-quality human resources, aiming to become a destination for technology talents, where young people can study, work and create in a modern environment, closely linked to global trends. CT Group is affirming the pioneering role of a Vietnamese enterprise in connecting international human resources, bringing core 4.0 technology to serve the sustainable development of the country.
