On the morning of September 10, right after the welcoming ceremony for General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith at the Presidential Palace, Mrs. Naly Sisoulith visited Mrs. Ngo Thi Man, wife of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, at house number 5, Thien Quang street ( Hanoi ).
