1. General criteria for content

– Introduce the natural beauty and people of all regions of Vietnam; arouse the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy nation; promote cultural values ​​and the strength of the Vietnamese people in the new era.

– Reflecting Vietnam's achievements in innovation, development, and international integration, especially in the fields of economics , trade, investment, tourism, etc.

– Has a strong influence domestically and internationally ; effectively serves foreign information work; contributes to introducing and promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to domestic and international audiences.

– Not violating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations of the Contest; in accordance with national customs, traditions and cultural traditions.

2. Criteria for photo genres

– Contest photos must be single photos or photo sets in digital format, photo files must be in jpg format. The shortest dimension must be at least 3,000 pixels, resolution 300dpi.

– There is no limit to the number of entries (both single photos and photo series). Only one author name can be used (according to the ID card, Citizen ID card or passport).

+ Single photo: each photo is a work of art.

+ Photo series: each photo series is considered a work, consisting of a maximum of 15 photos. The Organizing Committee encourages photo series to have an introduction to the content of the series (maximum 150 words). The author must number the photo series (specific instructions will be provided on the website for receiving works).

+ In case the author submits both single and series photos, the single photo must not be the same as the photo in the series.

– The work is created using realistic methods. Collage, additions, subtractions, or distortions of reality are not accepted (except for panorama collages).

3. Criteria for video

– Contest videos can be in the form of single works or video groups, reports, short films, or skits filmed with any device that supports filming functions.

– There is no limit to the number of entries (both single videos and video groups). Only one author name (according to ID card, citizen identification card or passport) can be used.

+ Single video: each video is a work with a maximum length of no more than 05 minutes.

+ Video group: each video group is considered a work, including a maximum of 15 videos, each video has a maximum length of no more than 05 minutes. The Organizing Committee encourages video groups to have an introduction (maximum 150 words). The author must number the video group (specific instructions will be provided on the website receiving the work).

+ In case the author submits a video including both a single video and a group of videos, the single video must not overlap with the video in the group of videos.

– Video image quality must be at least Full HD or higher.

– The content and plot are clear, consistent with the message and theme of the contest. The video is an original media product, created by the author himself, not copied from any source without permission regarding copyright of images, sounds, dialogues, etc.

– Characters appearing in the video must have the consent of the character or that character's guardian.

4. Criteria for the time of creation of the work

– Works created within the last 3 years (as of the end of the Contest's submission period).

– The entry has not been displayed or won any prizes in any previous competitions or exhibitions.

5. Copyright criteria

– The author is responsible before the law for copyright. For prize money, the author is responsible for paying personal income tax according to the law.

– The Organizing Committee is not responsible for copyright disputes and related rights. The Organizing Committee will revoke the award if there is a discovery of copyright infringement or related rights in accordance with the provisions of law.

– If necessary, the Organizing Committee will request the author to submit the original file to verify the information.

– The Organizing Committee is allowed to use the entries to promote the contest and disseminate foreign information without having to pay any costs.
