Vietnam Digital Awards is an annual award, sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications, to honor outstanding digital transformation achievements of state agencies, public service units, businesses and individuals who have contributed to promoting national digital transformation.

This year, the number of agencies and enterprises submitting applications to the Award has skyrocketed, with nearly 400 applications. In addition to applications from central agencies and large technology enterprises such as the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Viettel, FPT, MobiFone, etc., this year, the Award also received applications from grassroots units such as People's Committees of wards and communes, universities, high schools and many individuals.

Regarding the award recipients, the new feature of Vietnam Digital Awards 2024 is to prioritize honoring the digital transformation achievements of state agencies (11 agencies). This is also the first year that the award honors 4 humanistic digital transformation products and solutions, not focusing on business factors but aiming to serve the community.

In addition, the Vietnam Digital Awards 2024 also honored 6 public service units, 9 enterprises and 19 digital transformation solutions that have contributed to promoting the development of the digital economy.
