Da Nang: The goal is to build the city into a growth pole of the whole country.

The Da Nang Party Congress 2025-2030 sets a target of 11% annual GRDP growth, reaching 8,500 USD/person, developing the digital economy, and improving the quality of party members.

The 1st Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term set out the main targets for 2030, such as: The growth rate of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in the 2026-2030 period will reach an average of 11%/year or more, GRDP per capita will reach 8,500 USD/person. State budget revenue in the area will increase by at least 10%/year.

The average growth rate of the private economy is 11.5-12%; the growth rate of private enterprises is 20-30%. The proportion of the digital economy is 35-40% of GRDP. The annual rate of new party members in the 2025-2030 term strives to reach 3-4% of the total number of party members.

Every year, over 90% of grassroots party organizations and party members are evaluated and classified as having completed their tasks well or better; 100% of wards and communes achieve a comprehensive strong foundation in terms of national defense and security...
