Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Pham Duc An has just signed a plan to second and assign personnel to deploy trial operations of agencies under the Vietnam International Finance Center located in Da Nang City.

Accordingly, Mr. Ho Ky Minh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, was assigned to directly direct and operate the trial operation of agencies under the Vietnam International Finance Center in Da Nang City.

Assign leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors to participate in directing and implementing a number of tasks at job positions of agencies under the International Finance Center.

Specifically assign personnel to 7 groups and departments.

In which the group, strategy and synthesis department: assigned Mr. Dang Dinh Duc, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, to be in charge.

Legal and compliance group: assigned Ms. Tran Thi Sau, Dean of Law Faculty, University of Economics , Danang University, to be in charge.

Member reception and operating license group: assigned Mr. Phan Duy Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, to be in charge.

Human resources, labor, visa and social security group: assigned to Mr. Tran Trung Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, in charge.

Infrastructure and technology group: Mr. Le Son Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, is assigned to be in charge.

Investment promotion and international cooperation group: assigned Ms. Huynh Lien Phuong, Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, to be in charge.

Office and finance group: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, is assigned to be in charge.

The above 7 departments will have a number of seconded civil servants and public employees.

At the same time, there are civil servants, public employees, and personnel assigned to work concurrently at other agencies and units under central agencies and a number of related agencies and units in Da Nang city.

According to the People's Committee of Da Nang city, this secondment and assignment is to prepare conditions for the International Financial Center in Da Nang city to come into operation and test run, before the Government issues a decree on the establishment of the Vietnam International Financial Center.

This is a new model being implemented for the first time in our country, so the People's Committee of Da Nang city has dispatched and assigned officials, civil servants and public employees of the city to focus on implementing the tasks of the Preparatory Committee.
